American Village is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Director to plan, develop, and implement engaging programs that enhance residents' quality of life. You will lead a team of Activity Assistants and coordinate diverse activities across the community to meet varied needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with two years in a healthcare recreation setting, plus related training or a degree in recreational therapy; CNA training is also valued.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 2 years in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting.
• Completion of an Activities Director training or degree in recreational therapy is required.
• CNA competency evaluation program completion is required or state-approved nursing assistant training.
