Windsor Skilled Nursing in South Yarmouth, MA, part of Integritus Healthcare, seeks an Activities Aide to support socialization and engagement for residents. Training is provided, and the role focuses on entertainment, relaxation, and improving daily living skills through group activities.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly with weekends required. AHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required, and experience with the elderly is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with the elderly population preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Observe resident attendance, behavior, and degree of involvement during programs.
• Encourage resident participation as deemed appropriate.
• Transport residents to and from activities as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning, development, and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments.
• Interview residents or family members to obtain activity information.
