Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an Activities Staff Officer (Influence, Deception & Perception Management) SME IV in Arlington, VA to support a high-visibility federal client within SASP. You will develop policies and coordinate across DoD/IC to advance IDPM initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in policy within the DoD/IC, plus experience with influence operations and executive communications. On-site Arlington assignment with competitive benefits and security-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
At least 10 years developing or analyzing DoD/IC policy or operations.
Experience supporting governance, oversight, risk, and senior HQ processes.
Proven ability to produce executive-level briefings and decision memos.
Background in influence, deception, or perception management programs.

Responsibilities

Develop, analyze, coordinate, and promulgate IDPM policies, strategies, and plans.
Support oversight, governance, and compliance inspections for IDPM programs.
Prepare senior leader staff packages, memos, and executive correspondence.
Produce executive-level briefings and reports for senior leadership and Congress.
Collaborate across DoD and IC to align IDPM with strategic objectives.
