The Activities Aide helps plan and implement activity programs to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of Health Center, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and independent residents. • Assist with planning and coordinating activities
• Direct movement of residents to and from recreational areas
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident's activity attendance, care plans, and progress notes
• Plan and coordinate activities in the absence of the Activities Coordinator
