Job summary

The Division of Congenital Heart Surgery at Texas Children's Hospital, affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine, is seeking a faculty member for the Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Surgical Service. Qualifications

• Fellowship in pediatric cardiac surgery with board eligibility or certification in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Demonstrated interest in adult congenital heart surgery.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient and inpatient surgical care for adults with CHD.
• Advance ACHD program through innovation, quality improvement, and care pathways.
• Engage in clinical research, education of trainees, and scholarly publication.
• Share congenital heart surgery call responsibilities, including transplant services.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentor multidisciplinary staff.
• Collaborate with referring providers and leadership to grow the program.
