Responsibilities

• Reviews, reconciles, compiles, tracks, and processes accounting transactions; analyzes data to support budget or financial statements.
• Communicates with internal/external contacts to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with policies.
• Reviews and evaluates records to ensure accuracy and compliance; identifies trends and variances; assists in developing automated tracking systems.
• Develops and prepares standard and customized reports; assists with opening/closing fiscal periods; compiles complex financial documents.
• Audits, identifies, and corrects discrepancies and maintains data integrity.
