Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Associate, Accounting to join the Retail Bank Agile Controllers Team in Richmond, McLean or Wilmington. You will own several projects from planning to delivery, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or military experience; CPA license is preferred. Experience with Agile project management, Jira, and ERP/reconciliation systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact and own various projects from planning to delivery and stabilization.
• Lead and assist in the development, testing and implementation of project requirements.

• Collaborate with local and cross-functional teams on corporate initiatives.
• Present results, risks and recommendations to Agile Team leadership and Global Finance stakeholders.
