CloudHQ LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to support the Corporate Team across multiple large-scale data centers. The role collaborates with Property Management, Operations and senior leadership to manage day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of accounting experience, strong communication, and expertise with Microsoft Office and financial processes. The position includes travel to sites as required and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of professional accounting experience in a business environment.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with lease accounting, journal entries, reconciliations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Review and post journal entries.
• Review account analyses, overhead allocations and reconciliations.
• Review quarterly financial statements and supporting workpapers.
• Prepare monthly rent and expense invoices to tenants.
• Review monthly Technical Services invoices.
• Prepare monthly draw packages for lenders on construction projects.
• Review monthly Sales & Use Tax and Exempt Fuel filings.
• Delegate accounting tasks and supervise junior staff.
• Compile financial data for audits and regulatory filings.
• Maintain ledgers, properties, leases and tenants; resolve access issues.
