The ideal candidate has a CPA, at least 10 years of experience, and a strong understanding of GAAP and financial systems. Responsibilities include leading the monthly close process, preparing financial statements, and managing audits. This full-time role offers a salary range of $140,000 - $155,000 per year and aims to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or global environment.
• Experience in software, technology, or multinational industries preferred.
• Familiarity with hedge accounting and foreign currency transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and quarterly close of the general ledger.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and travel & expense processes.
• Manage debt reporting, hedge accounting, and purchase accounting entries.
