Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of Finance and Standard Cost.
• Strong work ethic with proven ability to work with deadlines and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation, maintenance and control of all site financial, cost, asset, production and inventory records.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information including reporting, forecasting and cost variance analysis.
• Participate in setting objectives, plans and budgets for site and company objectives.
• Direct the preparation and control of annual budget and forecasts, monitor performance against budget.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close activity in compliance with SOX guidelines.
