Job summary

A fast-growing fintech company in New York is seeking a Senior Accounting / Finance Operations Associate to join its Finance & Strategy team. This role will involve owning the month-end close process, managing AP/AR and expense operations, and supporting ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of GAAP. Salary is in the range of $95K-$110K, plus equity and benefits, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle month-end close.
• Implementing ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable operations.
• Support ERP implementation and establish internal controls.
