Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a senior accounting professional to support financial consolidation, IFRS and U.S. GAAP research, and reporting across North America.

You will prepare analyses, journal entries, and drive process improvements while coordinating with stakeholders. The role demands 8+ years of accounting experience (CPA preferred), strong Excel and financial systems skills, and SOX exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years accounting experience, including public accounting and private industry, with 4+ years in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and technical accounting research.
• Experience with financial close, consolidation, reporting, and audit support.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems; familiarity with IT automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a SOX environment and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes, including variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Drive process, control, and reporting enhancements; maintain documentation and reference materials.
• Lead and coordinate projects, providing guidance and tracking progress with IT teams for implementation.
• Assist with audits, SOX controls, and compliance activities, preparing necessary documentation and responses.
• Research and apply IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards; prepare accounting memos and supporting workpapers.
