Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Senior Accounting Analyst with strong M&A and FP&A skills. The role involves building acquisition models, performing valuation work, and managing general ledger duties across multiple entities.

You will work in a hybrid environment with flexible hours and a focus on strategic financial analysis and ERP-based processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of hands-on GL experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and M&A valuation.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience in a multi-entity environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain three-statement financial models to support acquisitions and strategic planning.
• Support M&A valuation and purchase-price analysis using EBITDA and other metrics.
• Own general ledger activities, month-end close, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Assist with ERP implementation, internal controls, and process improvements.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000+ DOE + Discretionary Semi-Annual Bonus

Senior Accounting Analyst – Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to support acquisition evaluations, investment analysis, and strategic planning.

• Support M&A valuation and purchase price analysis using EBITDA, cash flow, valuation multiples, and other financial metrics.

• Own general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and month-end close.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and financial reporting across multiple entities.

• Support ERP implementation, JSOX compliance, internal controls, and process improvements while partnering with leadership on special projects.

Senior Accounting Analyst – Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3+ years of hands-on general ledger experience, including month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis; exposure to three‑statement modeling, M&A valuation, or acquisition analysis strongly preferred.

• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, financial modeling) and experience working with ERP systems in a multi-entity environment. Distribution, energy, or oil & gas experience is a plus.
