Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and eligible to work in the UK region.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS and UK statutory accounting and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK statutory accounting and reporting for entities in scope.
• Manage audits with UK statutory auditors and provide quarterly disclosures.
• Maintain internal controls and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and monitor control effectiveness.
• Support tax and treasury activities including cash flow forecasts.
