Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations across key accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze variances and support operational initiatives.
• Assist with inventory-related accounting and discrepancy analysis.
• Prepare internal financial reports and support cash flow tracking across multiple entities.
• Assist with audit preparation, including schedules and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax filings and regulatory requirements.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
