Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet management.
• Experience in project-based industries and multi-entity environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Manage balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciling items.
• Assist with financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate deviations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, controls, and policy adherence.
• Support audits, tax reporting, and compliance.
