Responsibilities include preparing statements, monitoring metrics, coordinating audits, and ensuring internal controls. Minimum 5 years in accounting with GAAP/IFRS knowledge preferred; SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Strong analytical and financial-reporting skills.
• Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with journal entries.
• Monitor key financial metrics and variance analysis.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and reporting integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost analysis and budgeting.
• Assist with new accounting standards updates (GAAP/IFRS).
• Stay updated on accounting standards and industry trends.
• Lead all accounting functions at the Lewisberry location.
