Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts across multiple entities in QuickBooks.
• Process weekly payroll for downtown business employees.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile balance sheets and intercompany transactions.
• Support annual audit and tax documentation.
• Load monthly trial balance in Prophix.
• Develop internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Analyze trends to support profitability.
