Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with multiple entities and consolidation.
• Experience with 1099 reporting and CMS-related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage external audit support, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• Own payment data accuracy, reconciliations, and CMS compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable operations and data ownership.
• Lead 1099 process and vendor/provider tax documentation.
• Support process improvements and ERP system enhancements.
