A professional services firm in Brentwood, Tennessee seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, support monthly and year-end close processes, and prepare financial statements. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 3–5 years of experience and a solid understanding of GAAP. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sub-ledger balances to general ledger accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform internal control assessments, including risk evaluations.
