Qualifications

• Reporting and analytics for financial data with potential for advanced analyses.
• G/L account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• ERP data management using Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables).
• Sales margin reporting to optimize revenue.
• Cycle count leadership across locations and annual cycle count.
• Month-end close duties and deadlines.
• Intercompany transactions management for corporate accounting.
• Audit support with accurate documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reports and analyses to leadership.
• Reconcile G/L accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage ERP data, using Excel for data integrity.
• Produce sales margin reports to monitor profitability.
• Lead monthly cycle count and collaborate with locations.
• Meet month-end deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Process intercompany entries and maintain records.
• Support internal/external audits with organized documentation.
