Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with cost accounting in manufacturing, construction, distribution, or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience preparing cash flow forecasts and performing cash analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and company accounting policies.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
