• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and variance analyses.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit practices.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration with operations and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or multi-entity structures is a plus.
