Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience, CPA preferred but not required, and strong Excel skills. Responsibilities include month-end close, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in accounting.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Staff Accountants and assist in day-to-day operations and client management.
• Prepare and review complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform detailed balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Analyze cash flow trends to assess liquidity and support planning.
• Manage general ledger activity and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts with strategic insights.
• Review tax filings (sales tax, 1099s) for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Provide expert financial analysis and recommendations to clients/management.
• Other duties as assigned.
