Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience (public accounting or nonprofit setting is a bonus).
• Advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills.
• Familiar with budgeting, grant reporting, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and annual close—reconciliations, reports, and audit prep.
• Keep ledgers GAAP-compliant and accurate.
• Track budgets, flag variances, and aid decision making.
• Allocate payroll/overhead costs to programs and grants.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and monitor investments.
• Ensure payroll, sales, nonprofit filings, and compliance.
