Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present complex financial statements and reports in accordance with GASB and other standards.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, review journal entries, and perform reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with audits, provide documentation, and respond to inquiries.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
• Collaborate with hospital/clinic management to ensure accurate invoicing and financial insights.
