Rello Search Partners seeks a Senior Accountant in Clearwater, FL to advance from public accounting into a growing corporate environment. You will handle month-end closes, maintain ledgers, and assist with audits while driving process improvements in a collaborative, balanced setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in public accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. Hybrid work arrangement offered to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally Big 4 or regional.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and fundamental accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Motivated professional eager to learn and grow.

Responsabilités

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform account analysis and investigate variances.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and management reporting packages.
• Support the annual audit and work with external auditors as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the company’s continued growth.
