Job summary

ACH Food Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cash/General Ledger Accountant to manage daily cash operations, reconcile accounts, and support Infor M3 reconciliation processes.

The role includes cash flow forecasting, monthly close support, and intercompany coordination in a multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting and at least three years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Infor M3 and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• 3 years' experience in general accounting, cash management, bank reconciliation, cash flow reporting, month-end close and variance analysis.
• Infor M3 and OneStream/HFM preferred. Experience creating Birst reports and dashboards (AP/AR aging, collections reports, DSO/DPO) is a plus.
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily bank reconciliations and clears daily cash postings in Infor M3 to appropriate accounts.
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts, investigates aging items, and identifies valuation risks.
• Performs month-end closing tasks including journal entries, reporting, and auditor requests.
• Assists with audits and ensures compliance with US and international accounting standards.
• Prepares and delivers weekly and 13-week cash flow forecasts to ABF with variance analysis.
• Develops dashboards for cash flow forecasting using AP/AR data.
• Manages intercompany billing and receipts and coordinates with sister companies on discrepancies.
• Coordinates with Accounts Payable to prepare weekly wire payments.
• Assists with coordinating monthly close and prepares YE packs for ACH Foods and subsidiaries.
• Other miscellaneous accounting tasks as needed.
