Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction or mechanical contracting.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Comfort operating in a hands-on, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily bank transactions and monitor cash activity.
• Post recurring payments and manage invoices.
• Review payroll input and ensure proper G/L mapping.
• Coordinate employee deductions and benefits administration.
• Post journal entries and prepare audit documentation.
