Job summary

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of GAAP. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting bank reconciliations, and supporting audits. This full-time position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, alongside benefits like performance bonuses, medical coverage, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proven experience with bank reconciliations and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and post journal entries.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures.
• Support during audits and prepare required documentation.
• Review and approve purchase orders and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline processes.
• Analyze financial data and create models for decision support.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations.
