Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in public accounting or private industry, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Familiarity with cash and accrual accounting in multi-currency environments using law firm software.
• 5 years of experience analyzing quantitative operational data in a professional services setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with covenants.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and support balances with detailed spreadsheets.
• Perform cash and accrual reconciliations in multi-currency environments.
• Collaborate with Staff Accountant on capital additions/disposals and tax filings.
• Assist with month-end close, budget variance analysis, and internal reporting.
