Job summary

A well-established accounting firm located north of Boston seeks a driven Senior Accountant to manage general ledger activities and engage in complex areas such as fixed assets and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of GAAP accounting experience, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities

• Perform month end close activities (journal entries, reconciliations).
• Analyze P&L and expense variances.
• Contribute to annual audit procedures.
• Ensure accurate US GAAP accounting standards are met.
• Support the Controller with ad-hoc projects.
