Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting to support the monthly close, consolidation, and external reporting. The role involves technical accounting research, cross-functional collaboration, and ERP system optimization including NetSuite and Oracle EPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience including close, analysis and reporting.
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred; public accounting experience desired.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP; consolidation and elimination experience helpful.
• Experience with ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 606, ASC 718 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP reports.
• Lead consolidation, intercompany and elimination accounting processes.
• Develop technical accounting research and liaise with auditors.
• Serve as NetSuite and Oracle EPM SME; build reports and saved searches.
• Lead policy development and adoption of new accounting standards.
• Participate in enterprise system implementations and data migration.
• Provide cross-functional financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
