Job summary

KW Property Management seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage daily, monthly, and annual financial tasks for multiple associations. The role emphasizes accrual accounting, timely reporting, and coordination with auditors and tax professionals.

The ideal candidate will reconcile accounts, prepare comprehensive financial packages by deadlines, and respond promptly to requests from field staff and Board Members. On-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Knowledge of accrual-based accounting is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to field staff and Board Members within 24 hours when requested.
• Prepare the Financial Package for each association by contractual deadlines, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
• Reconcile bank accounts for assigned associations and complete supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial statements to ensure accrual basis presentation and proper notes alignment.
• Assist with audit fieldwork and tax return processes as required.
