The position requires proficiency with Blackbaud Financial Edge and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with strong collaboration across departments and with the Board.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blackbaud Financial Edge is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle tax filings and withholdings for independent contractors is required.
• A high degree of comfort interacting with other Departments and Board Members.

Responsibilities

• Direct Report: Finance & Office Administrator.
• Create and produce financial reports for the CFO and Board to review.
• Create and monitor all tax filings for vendors/contractors on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis.
• Process weekly accounts payable ACH and wire transfer transactions.
• Process Bi-Weekly payroll and entry on the G/L.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Track rental deposits and settlements.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations with department heads.
• Contribute to annual budget work.
• Assist with annual audit processing and PBC work.
• Document all finance procedures and maintain internal controls.
• Prepare financial reporting and budgeting to support fundraising and grant reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
