Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of related accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with automated accounting and financial management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Performs reconciliations monthly and resolves reconciliation issues.
• Reviews and verifies journal entries and classifications.
• Assembles, creates, and reconciles month-end entries.
• Prepares account entries by analyzing information.
• Investigates discrepancies and suggests corrective actions.
• Supports month-, quarter-, and year-end close and tax processes.
• Leads process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting and internal controls.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to teammates.
