Qualifications

• A college degree in accounting or a related field is required.
• Experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, statistical reports and bank reconciliations.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Prepare and post journal entries during month-end close.
• Perform balance sheet and budget variance analysis and explain variances.
• Handle dealership depreciation and fixed assets.
• Manage dealer factory payable reconciliations and deposits.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and verify tax calculations.
• Process sales tax calculations and reconcile warranty payments.
• Approve AP invoices and verify entries; audit sales analysis.
• Post and apply all monies on truck sales; process customer refunds.
