NAEA is seeking a capable professional to join our CPA team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years in a Public Accounting firm, with responsibilities spanning accounting and tax preparation for small businesses and their owners.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, requiring strong people skills and adherence to deadlines while delivering timely financial statements, tax filings, and strategic tax advice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Public Accounting firm.
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Review and prepare financial statements on a monthly and annual basis, including year-end adjustments.
• Prepare sales tax and payroll tax filings.
• Prepare individual and entity tax returns.
• Provide tax advisory, business planning, and other client services as needed.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication with clients and internal colleagues.

Our CPA firm is looking for new teammate to join our team. We provide accounting and tax services to small businesses and their owners.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years working in a Public Accounting firm. Work includes accounting and tax preparation. Experience working with QuickBooks as well as Excel, Word and Outlook. Preparing business and personal tax returns is a requirement.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients assigned to you, and it’s important to have good people skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Review and preparation of financial statements on a monthly and annual basis, including year-end adjustments
• Preparation of sales and payroll tax filings
• Preparation of tax returns, including Individual and entity returns.
• Provide tax advice, business planning, and other services to clients, as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication with clients and internal colleagues.
