Job summary

TITAN FRANCE SAS is seeking a Senior Accountant in Des Moines, IA to support the Controller and finance team with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis. You will handle journal entries, account analyses, and drive process improvements with a high degree of confidentiality.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 3 years in a staff/GL role, ERP experience, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 3 years in Staff/GL with month-end close experience.
• ERP experience; Power BI preferred; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, journal entries and monthly close.
• Analyze accounting data and provide insights for FP&A and reporting.
• Support SOX controls and policy updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure accurate financial statements.
