Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Client Reporting Services team in Coltville, Connecticut. This position is responsible for all aspects of monthly accounting and reporting for managed locations including airports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and over 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a commercial property management context.

Join a team of over 65 highly qualified accountants dedicated to delivering timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. Key responsibilities include month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and communication with regional personnel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in General Accounting or Finance, ideally with GAAP.
• Experience in Commercial Property Management accounting a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Monthly accounting and reporting for managed locations.
• Perform month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Compile and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
