Limpa is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead financial reporting and month-end close for a diverse client portfolio. You will oversee GAAP financial statements, mentor 2–3 staff, and drive improvements in internal controls.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote), a base salary with performance bonuses of 15–20%, and a $3,000 annual education stipend. CPA is required, with 4+ years of public accounting experience.

Qualifications

• CPA is required with active status.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• Expertise in GAAP financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting including month- and year-end close for client engagements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows).
• Review work of Staff Accountants (2–3 direct reports).
• Implement and maintain accounting controls and best practices.
• Lead client meetings to present financial results and recommendations.
• Research technical accounting issues and draft position papers.
• Optimize client accounting processes through technology integration.
