Job summary

Ferrari Finanical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist in Englewood Cliffs, NJ to support the general ledger close, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional coordination with the Parent company.

You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation for the Ferrari Financial Services business. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with G/L functions and the month-end/year end close process.
• Experience in auto industry accounting is a plus.
• Finance company experience is a plus.
• Public Accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Flexi financial software is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge cost center and balance sheet analysis.
• Knowledge of Financial statement flux analysis.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger activity for Ferrari Financial Services business.
• Journal entries, account reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and consolidation with Parent company.
• Maintain portfolio asset database and develop reporting structure.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual public company reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external providers for accounting and lease/loan administration matters.
• Review and approve manual journal entries.
• Interact with teams at Maranello factory as needed.
• Calculate and review payoffs and verify dealer finance commissions.
• Assist with state reporting and respond to tax/audit requests.
