Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with an accounting emphasis.
Two or more years of audit experience at a CPA firm; active CPA license or progress toward it.
Proficiency in CCH Engagement, Bloomberg Research, ProSystem FX, Excel, Word, Teams and Adobe.
Strong technical judgment, professional skepticism, clear communication and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform audit procedures in complex financial statement areas and document conclusions.
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, communicating status and timelines.
Supervise day-to-day engagement progress, ensuring work aligns with strategy and budget.
Review work, provide quality control feedback, and mentor staff.
Analyze client financial statements and recommend internal control or process improvements.
Conduct accounting and auditing research and build knowledge in key industries.
