Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $94,000.00/yr

We’re recruiting for a Senior Accountant with Fixed Assets accounting experience.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the full fixed asset lifecycle — from recording, depreciation, and reporting to tracking and disposal — ensuring accurate classification and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and maintain depreciation and amortization schedules.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and review capital-related accounts, including Construction in Progress (CIP).
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis.
• Maintain prepaid supply inventory records and allocate costs accurately.
• Process and reconcile maintenance work orders on a weekly and monthly basis.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
