Job summary

Hospitable, a remote-only global SaaS company, is seeking a senior accounting professional to own month-end close and manage multi-entity, multi-currency processes. You will oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules, while ensuring balance sheet integrity and audit support.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of accounting experience, strong documentation, and hands-on NetSuite and Chargebee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting with ownership of month-end close processes.
• Strong reconciliation and documentation discipline.
• Experience working in an ERP, preferably NetSuite.
• Ability to operate proactively in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close deliverables including journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and variance explanations across multiple entities.
• Manage bank and cash reconciliations for over 20 accounts across multiple currencies.
• Monitor and resolve subscription revenue flow issues between Chargebee and NetSuite.
• Oversee AP and spend controls using Payhawk and NetSuite.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity for assigned accounts including prepaids, accruals, and intercompany accounts.
• Document SOPs and checklists to improve finance processes and tighten controls.
• Provide ad hoc accounting and finance support for audits and analysis.

• Own month-end close deliverables including journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and variance explanations across multiple entities
