Job summary

Frontline Insurance is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Lake Mary, FL team. The role supports daily banking activities, payroll processing, invoicing, and many month-end close tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2–4 years of related experience, and be prepared to engage in ad-hoc projects and inter-team inquiries to drive accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with some 2-4 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Bank Deposit Reconciliation to system Posting
• Process Void/Stop Payments
• Record bank transactions including deposits, ACH, and wires
• Record bi-weekly payroll entries
• Prepare invoices for various businesses
• Support and response to accounting related inquiry from various business teams
• Work on ad-hoc projects assigned
• Prepare sales tax return for various businesses
• Prepare month end journal entries for various businesses
• Download monthly bank statements, loan statements, sales reports from various systems
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, cash on deposits, credit card & ACH sales receivables, petty cash, Small Ops activities, and other account reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly fixed assets and lease schedules

What you can expect as a Senior Accountant:

Daily Duties:

• Bank Deposit Reconciliation to system Posting
