Job summary

Ma Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable to manage day-to-day AP operations in a fast-paced environment in San Jose, CA. The role ensures timely processing of vendor invoices, approvals, and reconciliations while upholding internal controls and process improvements.

The position reports to the Sr. Accounting Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package, annual bonus eligibility, and opportunities for professional growth within a globally distributed tech components

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing and inventory-related transactions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely processing of high-volume invoices and payments.
• Review and approve invoices, payment requests, and vendor reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain AP procedures, internal controls, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth processing.
• Train and support AP staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
