Job summary

LeoForce in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior Accountant – Manufacturing to strengthen our accounting team. You will support monthly close, GAAP-compliant transactions, and financial reporting while partnering with operations to ensure accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting, a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, and Oracle EBS experience. This full-time role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, billing, and audits within a growing manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Oracle EBS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and year-end financial close process
• Prepare and review accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements and related disclosures
• Analyze expense and account variances and provide explanations to management
• Support budgeting and forecasting activitiesli>
• Assist with customer billing and related accounting activities
• Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies as needed
• Assist with the annual external audit process
• Research accounting issues and provide recommendations or solutions
• Partner with internal team members to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Take ownership of assigned accounting responsibilities while supporting the broader accounting team as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to research financial issues and identify appropriate solutions
• Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Oracle EBS experience preferred
• Manufacturing or international accounting experience is a plus
