Tri-Valley Opportunity Council is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Fiscal Department in Crookston, MN. The role focuses on financial reporting, bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and payroll oversight in an on-site setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, have experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable and payroll, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required.

Tri-Valley Opportunity Council is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Fiscal Department. Responsibilities include financial reporting, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, oversight of payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, forecasting, fixed asset management, insurance administration, and fiscal leadership.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field; experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, and Microsoft Office; strong communication and leadership skills; valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 and includes benefits such as 401k/Roth, PTO accrual, paid holidays, ESST, and employer-paid Life/LTD, with optional benefits available including health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Aflac/Colonial Life, and short-term disability.

This is an on-site position located in Crookston, MN.
