Responsibilities

• Perform and review bank reconciliations, verify data against internal reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements using Excel, including pivot tables.
• Apply debits, credits, and account analysis to support accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data, perform tick-and-tie procedures, ensure consistency across sources.
• Develop charts, dashboards, and executive reports and export deliverables to PDF for leadership.
• Assist with month-end close and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Overview Of The Senior Accountant Role

• Perform and review bank reconciliations by downloading data into Excel and validating information against internal reports
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data organization
• Apply a strong understanding of debits, credits, and account analysis to support accurate financial reporting
• Analyze financial data, perform detailed "tick and tie" procedures, and ensure consistency across multiple reporting sources
• Develop charts, dashboards, and executive-level reports, including exporting deliverables into PDF format for leadership review
• Assist with month-end close activities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications For The Senior Accountant Role
